There were 3 of us this afternoon and we loved our time spent at the Cage aux Fleurs. Without any particular expectations, we were pleasantly surprised by the atypical setting, the friendly and efficient service as well as the surprising, gourmet, delicate cuisine! Impeccable welcome and service. The decor of the restaurant is unique, the walls, the flowers in almost each of the dishes, everything is consistent with the name of the restaurant. The fish appetizer was excellent, the Arctic char gravelax starter was my favorite dish, the duck was good but not the best I have tasted, the scallops were sublime, and to finish the Desserts based on pistachio biscuits and smoked apples were excellent. Excellent service and cuisine. The flavors are there, and very well worked. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. A very good restaurant.
