Almost all menu items are or can be made vegan: just skip the risotto and gratin dishes. The noodle dishes that usually come with eggs will sub them out for a flavor-appropriate vegetable (e.g., pumpkin, sweet potato), depending on the dish. I went with the seasonal vegetable stir-fried udon noodles (NT$160). Today’s veggies included cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, loofah, tomatoes, carrots, king oyster mushrooms, okra, and black woodear fungus. It was flavorful and hit the veggie spot! No hidden service fees since utensils, seasonings, soup, and water are self-service behind the cashier counter. Restrooms are on the second floor. Takeout orders welcome. Cash only.
