Here is a special space for reading, relaxing, or leaving a daily life. Unique 'Library ', not coffee shop, that i never have been before, where collects many Japanese magazines, some novels. The method of charging is by timing, 1 NTD$ for 1 minute. Recommend to people who like reading in the city. View all feedback.
