Hacienda Del Lago - Tahoe City

When we go to Tahoe every year, we always eat here. Every year I wonder if the food will be so good, and every time the food was great. If you want good Mexican cuisine, a great atmosphere and a perfect view, this is the place. You can take a while to sit large groups, so I'd call first.

Unbelievable views as you sit on the Nevada side of Tahoe. Friendly employees who have a great work with so many great parties of people. The food came pretty fast and hot. Great seafood.

Good food, fresh guac and salsa. Generous portions. Average prices. Funny and amicable waiter. Awesome view of the lake from the patio.

Good food. Service leaves much to be desired, but maybe it's because we were sitting on the deck. Good chips and salsa. Portions are pretty generous. Happy hour is ok for drinks but not food. I would order if the regular menu.

Always a favorite for everything in the menu. The drinks are phenomenal like the view through their massive panoramic windows or over the deck in spring and summer. If you are looking to watch some sports; the bar can satisfy that with plentiful wrap around seats. Very recommended!
