Pizza Hut - Tahlequah

My coworkers and I decided to take our lunch at pizza hut. We ordered our food via the app at 10:30. Got here at 11. And they gave our pizza to the wrong person. It's now 11:30 and we still haven't gotten any pizza and we have to go back to work. The workers are unapologetic and seem to not care at all that we only have 30 minute lunch break. They didnt offer anything in return for their faults. Will never come back again

My family and I ordered 3 pizzas and they told us the wait would be 45 minutes. We got there and waited for an hour and never got our pizzas because they messed it up. This is the 2nd time I have waited for over an hour. The customer service was terrible. They just ignored us and were extremely slow in there process.

Location was clean and I like the idea that you can watch them make your food.

I have been waiting on food from Pizza Hut for over 3 hours. They have been dismissive of me and do not care. I just called and told them that I had to put my small children to bed hungry because they never got the food we ordered at 6:30. The response I got from the manager, Chris, was “uh huh” and then a hang up. I doubt I will ever receive the food I was charged for. This is unacceptable service that needed to be vented to Tahlequah. They literally stole my money and left us hungry. I’m only posting this because I have no clue what else to do I’ve called corporate.
