We were gr... read more My family and I stopped in before we went for a float down the Illinois river. I was truly amazed by the experience we had, even though it was brief. We were greeted by an employee that was on a break in the parking lot and greeted again when we walkedthrough the door. The staff was friendly, courteous, and gave excellent customer service. They were happy and seemed to make agreat team. We received our food quickly and, to my surprise, it was beautifully presented and sloppily not thrown together likemost fast food. It had been years since I have eaten Carl's junior and it was more delicious than I had remembered.
