We tried the hakaw and cutchay, but sadly, they lacked the authentic flavor we were expecting and were quite different from what you would find in Chinatown. We had previously ordered the Vietnamese lumpia, which was tasty, but at P175, we thought the prices were a bit steep. Overall, our experience at Decs left us feeling disappointed.

They are famous for their extensive range of Chinese dishes, especially their dim sum. I recently ordered takeout, including their juicy Shrimp Dumplings (Hakao) and a box of Kutchay Dumplings. The fillings were tasty and well-seasoned, allowing me to enjoy them without needing soy-vinegar dip. However, I found the dumpling wrappers a bit on the thick side and they tended to break apart easily. DECS also has a great selection of unique drinks, lumpia, and various siopao options.
