Estrella Bakery - Tagbilaran

When looking for a cake vendor in Bohol for our Silver Wedding Celebration, we came across this bakery on Facebook. We reached out via messenger and were pleasantly surprised by co-owner Ella's prompt response. She was a great communicator and eager to fulfill our needs. The cake and cupcakes we ordered were fantastic. The cupcakes were beautiful and delicious, exceeding our expectations. The carrot and red velvet cake tops were delicious. Our experience with other Bohol vendors was not as positive, as many were unresponsive or disinterested in our needs. Estrella Bakery stood out as a memorable and highly recommended choice. You will not be disappointed.

The place is quite small but very cozy. All their breads and pastries taste so good! And all worth the money. I remember one time, that I ordered one slice for each cake available on display. Best decision I did that day. How I wish they'd close much later just like other cafes 'coz I usually have coffee and cake cravings at night! Haha

The quality of the bread here is really great and the price is really cheap. The quality of the breads they sell here are really good. The cheesecake's also one of the best I've tried. It really is a New York Cheesecake. Tagbilaran's really lucky to have a place like this.

Since the opening of Estrella Bakery, my sister and I have been frequent visitors. The store feels like your neighborhood bakery where family and friends converge. I love their #illy coffee and their local bread like wheat, fruit bun, garlic sticks, pizza bread and many more. Their cakes are a delight to eat. My fave is the Boston Cream. This is my 'to go' place when I want to enjoy good food in a homey place.

Since the typhoon caused no ferries sailing out to other islands we've been coming to this place everyday. Lovely for having tea and a sandwich. Try their brownie it's the best! Very friendly people and not expensive.
