This is the worst Binalot branch we have ever visited. We went there on November 22nd around 9:30 am and found the staff still cleaning the store. They informed us that the store would only open at 10 am, so we returned later. However, once inside, we immediately noticed a foul smell on the floor. Despite informing the staff, they ignored our concerns. When my mother-in-law ordered her food, we were told that all dishes were good for 2-3 people. However, when the food arrived, it was far less than expected. We decided it wasn't worth arguing and simply vowed not to return. Our experience at other Binalot branches, especially in Manila, has been positive, but we will not be returning to the Tagbi branch.
There is not a wide variety of food options available, but it is acceptable. The rice is not very good quality, but you get what you pay for. It is not my preference, but it seems to be popular with many people. However, it is not a place that I would choose to dine at.
I enjoyed their idea of having the food wrapped in banana leaf. It's so much reminded me of the province life. And it added a great taste to the food. Their price is reasonable & the food is okay.
Today, I was not feeling well and decided to order food from Binalot-Tagbilaran since it was my yaya's day off and I did not want to cook. This was my first time using their delivery service. When I called, I inquired about a minimum order and was informed there was none, but there would be a P16.00 delivery fee. After placing my order, I was told the food would arrive in 15 minutes. However, after 20 minutes passed, no one showed up at my door. I was about to call them when I received a text message stating they were unable to deliver my order. I expressed my frustration via text and received a call from a guy 30 minutes later explaining that they could not deliver my order because it did not meet their P300 minimum. Despite feeling hungry and disappointed, I remained calm and decided to order from another delivery service that had not arrived yet. When I informed the guy of my decision, he rudely said "Thank you" and hung up. I attempted to call back but was unable to reach them. I sent a text asking for the boy's name and the owner's name, but have not received a response. Overall, my experience with Binalot-Tagbilaran was very disappointing and the service was unprofessional. #badservice #binalottagbilaran #verydisappointing
