Firelake Grill in Tagaytay provided an exceptional setting for a birthday celebration, with its cozy ambiance and the perfect weather enhancing the dining experience. The meal commenced with comforting starters of mushroom and pumpkin soup, both of which were flavorful and set the tone for the culinary delights that followed. The highlight of the meal was the exquisitely grilled steak, cooked to a flawless medium and infused with a rich charcoal flavor. It was complemented by creamy garlic mashed potatoes, creating a memorable main course that stood out for its taste and quality. Definitely worth the drive! What truly distinguished Firelake Grill was the impeccable service, which was personified by the chef's personal attention. His visit to our table to inquire about our satisfaction and his gracious farewell gesture added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. With an A for the food and an A for the service, we eagerly anticipate our next visit to this Tagaytay treasure.
