I love the food they served here, all freshly cooked
This is for the overall service. Everytime I see a hotel employee they have this frowning face and they don't even greet their guests maybe out of 15...

The place is nice and clean but the service is bad .I won’t come back there no more ,when I check my credit card they charged me extra for no reason...
It was under repair normally it is ok The view of the volcano is good
