Contribute FeedbackDuring my 9-week travels to China, Australia, and Italy this year, I dined at many restaurants. Unfortunately, this particular establishment was the first to disappoint. The food was subpar and the waiter seemed more concerned with themselves than the customers. The portions for the 4-course menu were minuscule, prompting us to eat elsewhere beforehand. The cheese plate dessert consisted of two cheeses, each only 10g. The chevre cheese had cracks and brown spots, tasting extremely bitter. As a food researcher, I recognized this as a sign of deterioration. When we questioned the waiter, they initially promised to check with the kitchen but got distracted by other tables. Upon returning, they informed us about a completely different issue, claiming it had nothing to do with the chevre cheese. Despite acknowledging the poor quality of the cheese, the waiter rudely cleared the plates without apology. Overall, the service was ungrateful and arrogant.
Tack för en fantastisk vistelse på en fantastisk gästgivare. professionell reception, färskt rum, härlig atmosfär och fantastisk mat.
In this year I have traveled in China, Australia and Italy. this is the first restaurant where eating was under standard and the waiter is more interested in itself than the customers. for the cure menu the courses are tiny, so they eat somewhere else before they eat here. the cheese plate dessert consisted of two cheeses containing chevre with brown spots and very bitter. this is a sign of degradation, yes, I am food researcher! we questioned the waiter and he said he would check in the kitchen. then he went to another table and spoke to others. then he went to the kitchen. After minutes he returned and began to inform us about the cheese, i.e. in the time when he was gone, he had forgotten which one was the problem. He then told us that it has nothing to do with the Chevre cheese. later he cleared the plates ignoring the fact that the Chevre cheese tasted unspoiled except the small piece. ungrateful, arrogant.
During my travels this year, which included 9 weeks in China, Australia, and Italy, I visited many restaurants. However, the experience at this particular restaurant was disappointing. The food quality was below standard and the waiter seemed more focused on himself than the customers. The portions for the 4-course menu were small, so I would recommend eating elsewhere before dining here. The cheese plate dessert only consisted of two cheeses, each less than 10 grams. The chevre cheese had cracks with brown spots and a very bitter taste, indicating potential degradation. When we brought this up to the waiter, he initially said he would check with the kitchen but got distracted by other tables before finally returning to inform us that there was nothing wrong with the cheese. He then cleared our plates without acknowledging that we had barely touched the chevre cheese. Overall, the service was lacking in class and came across as arrogant.
