Burger King - Tadcaster

I have never found this restaurant open. The last time I visited, a larger woman told me they were closed and suggested I go to Gregg's next door instead. I declined. I just stopped by again, and the lights were off with pieces of A4 paper taped to the front saying that Burger King is closed. It’s really not worth your time to visit; I recommend finding another location instead.

The visit was unfortunately overshadowed by an overbearing manager. The other staff members were quite apologetic for his behavior. It seems this small man craves power, and I hope he finds it in his career at Burger King. The food was good, but I won't be returning.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was painfully slow, and the server seemed unsure of how to interact with customers. She moved at a glacial pace and didn’t offer us straws for our drinks; we had to ask for everything, which seemed like a burden for her. Additionally, the restrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months—quite disgusting, honestly. We visited on Sunday, October 25th around 1:45 PM, and I don’t recall the name of the server, but there were only two staff members working.

Food was nice and hot but the car park looks like it's never seen a brush or litter picker, the bins inside were all full. The gents toilet was untidy with tissue everywhere..they need more than three staff on...

Clean and tidy dining area with a fresh refurbished contemporary look. Dead quiet on a Sunday evening, yet efficient and friendly service from engaged young staff. Food was hot and tasty, but had the appearance of being reheated rather than made fresh. A pleasant enough stop on the road to York. Gents toilets out of order though.
