Wendy's - Tacoma

There was a long wait in the drive thru because some insufferable hag sent her sandwich back 5 times! If it's so wrong, pull up and go inside and don't be inconsiderate of the people behind you.

It took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and at the window the guy was rude with a bad attitude and basically threw my change at me through the window. I know when things get backed up it can take a while and I'm usually very forgiving do to this and everyone is doing the best they can but when my wife said that she hoped he'd have a better day all he could do was snear at us.

Customer service is that of a two year old. Sat there for 32 minutes. Waiting for just two orders. The smallest orders. Did they get them right now of course. Watching management joke. Around with him as two cars drove out of the line because they were tired of waiting. Made me wonder why was I still there? Trust me go throw your money over the bridge or give it to the homeless and make dinner at home you’re having a better day.

Vegeta provided SUPER AWESOME service! The rest of the team was great as well THANKS EVERYONE

This restaurant is the worst for being a delivery driver. Had an order get placed 20 minutes before I arrived had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make and prepare the order when it should have been ready before I arrived. This puts a damper on my job and amount of money I can make all because they wanna take their time and get all the orders that came in after out first completely unprofessional and no care for others jobs that work with this specific store
