Wendy's - Tacoma

The last time I was in there they forgot a lot of my order, but made it right when I went inside and spoke to the manager. He explained they have a lot of new hires and promptly made the missing food. I appreciated his explanation and eagerness to correct the issue! The food is good and the prices unbeatable!Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Have happy meals with neat toys and space for the kids to run around inside!

Even though the lobby the was closed due to understaffing, the gentlemen in the window and taking orders were friendly and patient. It was a pleasant surprise even though the drove through was consistently packed. We had 3 separate orders. It was a great experience! Usually when understaffed, people have attitudes or are short, but not these two guys. Thanks for dinner! It was between 6 and 7.

The time frame in which you wait is ridiculous because fast food has turned into a restaurant wait.

A bit of a long wait and I think the food was sitting under a heat warmer for a little bit before we got our food because the fries were only lukewarm.
