What User doesn't like about Trapper’s Sushi Co. Tacoma:
that was my first time at a trapper’s sushi. in the last (15 years) we sat at a sushi bar while eating was prepared right before us. it was very fresh and tasteful. I personally didn't find this food so tasteful. they had a good choice of drinks. I will probably stick to the traditional sushi bars in the future and avoid chains. just not what I remembered sushi. also, very expensive; but this is for the curs in these... View all feedback.
Had their lunch sushi all you can eat. 4 rolls and I was content, chefs were awesome to talk with, food was top quality, super clean place to eat lunch at. Glad the locals brought me here for a business meeting.

Can I just a ask, in WHAT WORLD do you box veggie/vegan sushi WITH seafood based sushi COVERED in crab?That doesn’t even make sense… I’d highly recommend you double check those TPCHD cards for your employees. $100 of cross contamination
12/16/21 UPDATE- it’s not how you start the race but how you finish. After leaving my initial review the manager immediately contacted me to apologize for our experience. They were short staffed in the kitchen which led to the delay in getting our rolls. The manager worked with the servers to help them know how to handle that type of situation in the future. We will definitely be back and anticipate we will have a better experience. I appreciate good customer service so I am upgrading to 4 stars.Sadly we love the sushi but tonight the rolls were taking more than 30 minutes from the time we ordered. If we had known it would have been that slow (if the servers had let us know) we would have ordered all of our rolls at once. So we have been here for 90 minutes and still have not received our second order of rolls.Servers were not ver attentive while we waited either. Left our drinks empty for 10 minutes to the point we had to flag them down to get refills.
Not great. Overpriced. Made my fiance not feel well.The WAITRESS WAS AMAZING. I give her all five stars. If you do choose to go here I sincerely hope you get Adriana. She was the only great thing there. Attentive, friendly, and was on top of it. Thank you Adriana!Trappers, please improve.
