This reservation-only restaurant is incredible! Chef Tibbitts, who also serves as the owner and host, is incredibly welcoming, and the service was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious and generously portioned, creatively utilizing vertical space. Despite the necessity of reservations, the atmosphere is anything but pretentious. My only regret is that I won’t be in the area very often. Fellow food enthusiasts, you absolutely have to visit this place!

Honestly, some of the best food I've ever had in my life! The chef was really personable, taking the time to visit each table to explain how he prepared the dishes and what equipment he used. The experience was truly amazing. Five stars!

Wow, the food here is phenomenal! You would be hard-pressed to find a better restaurant in Tacoma. Fresh, local food artistically prepared by a very talented chef. And the menu is always changing! The staff is very helpful and friendly. And the owner works very hard to run a zero-waste restaurant. Reservations are required, and it is worth planning ahead just to eat here.

This PLACE IS A 10 out 10. My first time this morning and it was more then I expected. First being native American myself I appreciated the owner and Chef Tibbitts Doing it for our people and his community his restaurnt is a beautiful place which made me proud. Now let's get on the food The lobster bomb was fresh light and the star of the show really shined freshest lobster and lots of it while the dish had many ingredients that all enhanced the dish. The lobster made a star showing front of the dish and was beautifully executed. The chef was kind warm and made you feel like his home home was yours. I was a first time customer and stumbled beyond a gem. I will be repeating everything was fresh and beautiful and everything was excellent ! It really stamped on my spirit this place.
