This place has a wide variety of beer and cider at a reasonable price. It's self service and they have complimentary popcorn which we found to be a really great touch. The atmosphere was perfect. They have shuffleboard and a few other games and plenty of seating. View all feedback.
What Austin Hibdon doesn't like about The Redd Dog:
This is a bar that is self-service on the drinks. You don 't speak to anyone to order food. It just arrives at your table after you order it online. And you have to bust your own table. Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip. Not only that, but the website says no Love ? in an attempt to guilt me into tipping. That 's unconscionable. I cannot recommend going to this place. F the owners. View all feedback.
Dogs are not only welcome, they are LOVED here! Yes you have to sit outside with them, but they have their own menu, bowls, and it's a great concept. Pour your own drinks, order the food online, and get Fido something too! We met here with a toddler, a dog, and four adults. Everything was easy and smooth, and the food came out quickly. They got the pretzel and loaded tots with three sauces, and we got the pizza/salad lunch combo and a chicken sandwich, and a side of fries. Everything that was fried was crispy and crunchy, and honestly, you had me at Tots. The fries were good, but compared to tots...yeah. The fried chicken sandwich was delicious and I'm glad I got it. We could have done without the pizza, which tasted kind of cardboardy and frozen but there was luckily enough other stuff that we didn't go hungry.Parking can be a bit of a challenge but overall it was a solid place for drinks and lunch. Hoping they open more up north!
Great place to unwind and try several drinks. The card is the key that activates the taps as you pour. You pay by the fl oz (volume) you pour. So if you want several small samples, no prob, you 're charged for what you take then use a glass washer at the tap bar.
Visited the Puyallup location for the first time. My impression was a mix of good and didn't care for options. The selection of self serve brews and wines was appealing. Food was tasty with several items for small and larger appetites. Table tops and picnic tables offered diners a well spaced out seating choices. Didn't like the pay with card they issue you upon arrival for drinks. Charges accumulate the more you drink and is measured by the tap you draw from. A running balance shows when your pouring. Then you need to order food by scanning a QR code or ordering on your phone through the website. Too much of a pain. Prefer a waiter/waitress taking orders and ONE bill to pay. Also saw three dogs inside, when they're supposed to be outside. Enjoyed the first visit. Might return, but not a frequent flyer! Employees were very friendly and helpful.
Fun atmosphere in the heart of 6th street. Ordering online from your table. Free popcorn. Small games to grab and play at your table.
This place makes utopia doubt its own perfection. You want food? Word famous, world winning Pretzels. You want drinks? Well how about a large, ever changing selection of beers, wine and ciders from around the country? What else do you want?? You want popcorn? Well they have free to take "Pupcorn "hot and fresh, just waiting.Well what if I don 't want a whole pint of beer?Well mate, here you can pour however little or however much you want.Everything you want is a simply a leap away.I will never recommend this place any less than what it is truly worth. 10/5 stars.
