The food was amazing. We had a party of 10 for a birthday and they put us in the room with the fireplace which is awesome. It was nice and private and we felt like we could all talk without overpowering other guests around us. However, the room was really cold, the fireplace was not on and there was no music to set a mood. Maybe if we had been in the main dining area that atmosphere might've felt a little bit more wa... What Nathalie Hi doesn't like about The Fuzion Cafe:
Called ordered Pad Thai for pickup. The lady said it would be 25-30 min. I come in to pick it up was not even acknowledged until 15-20 min later. I wait a total of 50 minutes for my pad thai and the lady told me they are just now starting to cook it after 50 minutes goes by?? I had told her I waited almost an hour for my food and she didn’t really say much and took my card to pay. I get my food my Pad Thai is hard, d... View all feedback.
Great food, staff and atmosphere. I highly recommend the fusion soup with extra garlic and chicken.
The food was delicious and the staff was very nice. I highly recommend it! The spring rolls weee the best ever with the peanut sauce.
This place is a gem. Small business with fresh homemade feel kind of food. We walked in and it was dead so we were nervous, wondering if that was a bad sign, it was not, more people just need to try it! We had the freshest spring rolls I’ve ever eaten and they were huge! The potstickers were made fresh with fresh sauce, as well as the chicken lettuce wraps, and cashew chicken. There were two girls in there complaining about upcharges from online to in house, saying the food was no good yet, they asked to have it wrapped to go?! My advice to people like that, do not go out to eat if you don’t have enough money, small businesses need to survive too. Everything is going up around us so yes, the cost of food in a restaurant is as well. And when the food is prepared as well as it was here with the most friendliest service an additional dollar is nothing to complain about. This will be a go to when we are visiting for sure!
I ordered the lemongrass chicken, it was so tender and moist it was cooked perfectly The peanut sauce was fantastic I'm very pleased
Have eaten at all the Indo-owned eateries in Tacoma. This one was a huge disappointment. Drunken Noodles was so salty and saturated with sauce it wasn't eatable. It also didn't look very appealing. I told the staff person who apologized and offered to redo the order, which we declined. The Coconut Shrimp were deep-fried and fairly greasy, not light and delicate. My friend said he had pineapple fried rice with a group earlier and the pineapple was stringy and not very good. Of course, I did not experience that directly but this is a trusted source for me. Very disappointed.
