While it's admirable that the owners hire individuals with disabilities as baristas, I unfortunately found my experience to be quite disappointing.
Spanaway BigFoot Java was a pleasant surprise I’m impressed by the friendly service and delicious coffee. The drive thru was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I ordered an Americano and it was perfectly made. The coffee itself seemed high quality and had a smooth, full bodied flavor. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee on the go.
Always nice employees that work hard and if you ever tried a coffeedrink called the mythical delish!! Make sure you get the blended with the drizzle!! So good!!Food: 5/5

I always stop by AM Café because Brea consistently makes me the perfect cup of coffee. All the employees at AM make me feel like I'm their only customer. Now I just need to persuade some companies to open franchises in Fort Worth because Big Foot Java is definitely needed here!
This is definitely my favorite espresso shop. I love their drinks, and the service is both friendly and quick. They do a great job of reminding you to use your punch card, too.
Every girl working there has been awesome in the last few months of visiting here. Coffee is good too. With training, I have to mark my sugar down every day so i can't have the sugar loaded flavors. Starbucks legit only has one sugar free flavor. So, I go here where you have multiple sugar free options.
The girl with the butterfly tattoos on her arms was incredibly rude. Not only did she constantly roll her eyes, but her overall attitude towards customers was just unacceptable. I couldn't understand her behavior, especially since I was polite and not confrontational at all. We also tried to get the attention of another worker with long hair, who merely glanced at us before completely ignoring us again. I lost all hope for this place. Honestly, it's worth driving the extra three miles to Portland Avenue, where the staff is much friendlier. Additionally, my drink was made incorrectly; it tasted like orange milk with no sweetness at all. I have no intention of returning to this place. The drinks were poorly made and the service was simply terrible.

I always plan my visits in the morning. Brea consistently makes me the perfect cup of coffee. The morning staff treats me like I'm their only customer. Now, I just need to persuade corporate to open a franchise in Fort Worth, as Big Foot Java is definitely needed here!

The girl with butterfly tattoos on her arms was exceedingly rude. Not only did she roll her eyes constantly and display a terrible attitude, but it was clear she was displeased that we were even there. What kind of customer appreciation is that? I genuinely didn't do anything to provoke her; I was polite in my requests. We also tried to get the attention of a male staff member with long hair, but when he glanced at me, he just walked away without acknowledging me at all. I left feeling completely disheartened about this place. I would recommend driving the extra three miles to the Portland Avenue location, where the staff is genuinely friendly by comparison. UPDATE: To add insult to injury, my drink wasn’t made correctly—it tasted like a hint of orange mixed with mostly milk, with no sweetness whatsoever. I will definitely not be returning to this location. The drinks were bad, and the service was even worse.
It's great that they are open 24 hours, and the staff is friendly. However, the coffee could be better at times.
