back 1993 we went here regularly, loved it! DAVE made it special and his burger I still dreamed of the perfect sawed onions and cheese. like an earthquake burger but better. Wasn't too long here, hoping to see Dave and see if he still kills him with his burger. if I remember he did this only on Friday night! We drove our Harleys there and best place in the good days. I see tons of reviews over the years saying that there are new possessions. When you look at the food on the plates of other people, it's about Dennys. Can't confirm that, so take that with a grain salt. The drinks were okay, so it helps. One of the beers we got had a soap taste and our server and bartender disappeared a little. There was no staff. Love, love, love, this place. Great food, service, and drinks. Worth the stop even if it is just for food mid day. Can not say enough good things about this place! The bartender (Justina) is one of the nicest and most knowedgable bartenders I have come across in years. Thank you for the great visit! And did I mention the food is awesome?
This place is amazing. Their house made meatballs are fantastic and my favorite is the garlic bread burger dip with grilled onions. Also love their pasta salad!
One of the best bars around good people and great food
Local landmark. Dave, the owner, is a gem. The staff is great. Melissa and Crystal are friendly and personable. The food is well made comfort food. Unexpectedly good with quality ingredients. You can often find Dave in the kitchen Making sure everything comes out perfect. The tacos on Saturday are addicting. If you have a taco addiction I dare you to come beat the record and get your tacos for free. Shots and portions are generously sized. This is also a local watering hole, so if you like to belly up you might have a hard time finding your spot at the bar.
This was the first time I went there, I found tavern to be very clean and the staff very helpful and attentive. The Shamrock was recommend a long with the chicken sandwich. I loved it! Yes, I do recommend this tavern.
