Menu
We might have the menu of Ruby Thai Kitchen from Tacoma in the photos. You might find a list of dishes and drinks further below.
Tucked in a mall food court, Ruby Thai Kitchen delivers freshly made, generously portioned Asian-American fare at wallet-friendly prices. Friendly staff offer free samples and quick service; popular combos and nostalgic dishes like mango chicken and Pad See Ew satisfy cravings even if some items can be bland, dry, or overly Americanized rather than authentically Thai. Great for shoppers seeking fast, affordable comfort food—though hours can be inconsistent and it’s no substitute for full-service dining.

Was Ray P at Ruby Thai Kitchen a mag?
For mall food, this is a very good place to eat. The staff is very friendly and will let you try anything at their buffet. A 1-item combo is, $7.29, a 2-item is $8.29, and a 3-item is one dollar more at $9.29. Their food actually tastes freshly made. Is it restaurant quality, omg no, but remember, you're in a mall? It appears clean and the mall restrooms are close. If you found this helpful, please click Like for me,... View all feedback.
What ivan dzib dislikes about Ruby Thai Kitchen:
The food is good! It's not exceptional, but it's decent. The chicken was a little dry, and the mango chicken had more dough than chicken. The noodles were also a bit bland. However, considering it's mall food, I would give it a solid 3.4 out of 5 for the price and portion size. View all feedback.
This is surprisingly good for food court fare. It brings back memories of my childhood, enjoying affordable and quick Chinese food. It's really delicious. Update: Are they permanently closed now, or do they only open occasionally? I've been trying to visit for two weeks, but they’ve been closed every time.
While it's not exactly a Thai restaurant, the American-style Chinese food here is fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly and generous with free samples. This has quickly become one of my new favorite spots!
