Matador Tacoma

Lovely dinner spot with a great happy hour menu! Love the tacos and margs! Lots of gluten free options because of the corn tortillas. ? Also amazing chips salsa! Dietary restrictions: Easy to eat gluten free because of the corn tortillas!

The food is good, the nachos ate MASSIVE. Great place for happy hour because the prices are very reasonable. We had a not so good server (very short, did not explain or elaborate when asked questions, couldn't even find her and it it wasn't so busy) but the food at atmosphere was great.

If you're lucky, you'll get Bailey as your server. She is the reason we keep coming back! She is awesome, outgoing and provides AMAZING service. If you are Vegan, you can never go wrong with the nachos! Get the beyond meat, substitute cheese for rice and sour cream for guacamole! ?

Unfortunately, my experience at Matador Tacoma fell short of expectations. The service was slow, and the staff seemed disorganized. The food was mediocre at best, lacking flavor and creativity. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic, making it difficult to enjoy the dining experience. Overall, I was disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, we got kicked out after a 1.5 hrs wait nobody wanted to seat us…
