Jazzy's Cafe - Tacoma

Staff was very friendly. Sandwich was good and the smoothie. I will be back!!

Stopped in for the first time this morning and was greeted by an energetic, jubilant, and very friendly young woman. She quickly made me one of the best white chocolate mochas I have had in quite some time and we engaged in pleasant conversation while she made me the, pretty tasty, breakfast burrito I ordered.Their space is so inviting, warm, and cozy. Very clean and well maintained.I am so happy I took the time to check them out and support a local small business.Certainly brightened my day.

Thought I was ordering hot wings...I guess I misread the menu!

Was a nice clean looking shop and the staff and owner were friendly. However I followed the sign from the street that claims best sandwich in tacoma which is completely false. The burgers we ordered ahead of time to take out were not ready when we showed up. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes. Pretty much my entire lunch break we got our food which was super disappointing. The fries were under cooked. The burgers are served on hard sandwich bread.

I will not return, the service was horrible, we stood there (after we told the girl working that we found this place online and came in for the high reviews) and had to ask if we just seat ourselves or if there were menus. We both ordered chicken and waffles and what a disappointment! The waffles and syrup were cold, our plates came out at least 15 minutes apart, I asked for silverware and after waiting another five minutes went down to get my own… not planning to make a return ever. Waste of time and money.
