I stumbled upon this place quite by chance during my recent trip to Tacoma. Since I anticipated that Art House would be crowded, we decided to stop by here instead.
Overall, it's difficult not to recommend this restaurant. The food is tasty, and the service is excellent. It has a cozy cafe atmosphere. Prices for sandwiches, burgers, or salads range from $15 to $20, and...
For a $15 burger, you can definitely get better value at other places. A single onion and a microwaved patty just don't cut it. It's quite disappointing, but the atmosphere is charming, and the staff is friendly.
The food was great, and the Bloody Marys were excellent! It's primarily a breakfast spot with around six lunch options. Our server was friendly and enjoyable to interact with. They nicely informed us that they were closing soon, which we appreciated. I would definitely return!
This restaurant was fantastic! I ordered biscuits and gravy with hash browns drenched in sage sausage gravy, and my wife had stuffed French toast topped with berries and bacon. Although we live two hours away, we will definitely be returning for more. The portions are generous, the service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I apologize for not taking any pictures!
