Happy Teriyaki - Tacoma

Under new property. still the same big guy on the front counter. the same decoration. new menu. no family meal available. still very large portions. still eat the same high quality. it's kind of hard to get in and out, because it's on a busy arterial and there's a median divider. they can only get in or out of pacific ave southbound.

I had a great time at this restaurant. The food was delicious and prepared exactly how I wanted. The service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. It's worth mentioning that they are open until 11pm, so if you ever get hungry late at night, give them a call! This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants and I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in Washington.

Good amount of food in a chicken teriyaki for a good price. Good customer service. Fire hot sauce. Nice cold water to go with food. Will go back.

Thank you, Happy Teriyaki, for feeding my hungry impatient belly. As your name’s true meaning, you made me happy in the end. Great sauce to the pork meat and what a great way to add stir-fry cabbage in there because I’m tired of traditional salad.
