Great American Casino - Tacoma

The restaurant does not respond to phone calls. I tried calling about 6 times on various extensions (front desk and casino manager) at different times and days, but the phone rings for about 3 minutes before disconnecting.

I visit this restaurant for networking events every week. The staff is excellent and the food is good.

The live band made this place come alive. Love the service of the servers at the bar. Super friendly and smiling. Casino itself is small and is outdated. I feel like if they modernize this entire place it will draw more audience. It is very slow even on a Saturday night. Quiet and, laid-back. Perfect for people that is introvert but wants to be out. Ages I've seen while I'm there was 35-65

Great live music experience with large stage and dance floor. As part of “The Rolling Stoned” experience I can verify the people were out dancing and rocking all night long.

I like the ambience and the friendly staff. However, while playing baccarat, I noted that the maximum bets were $300.00 and the minimum bets were $25.00. I suggest that the maximum bets be increased to $500 and minimums lowered to $10.00, just as at the Snoqualmie Casino on Sundays. Players would flood this casino with their cash and crush the competition, if so. overall, I had a good experience. I enjoyed myself.
