Gravity Coffee Co - Tacoma

They always burn their coffee. It really sucks! The only thing I can get here now are their over priced energy drinks. And they always have a super long line with not so great customer service.

I love this particular stand. The girls were BUSY! But they handled themselves professionally, friendly and fast! Drinks were on point AS ALWAYS!

The restaurant was chaotic and couldn't remember our order correctly. We received drinks that didn't taste great and there were still mistakes even after explaining several times. The staff was nice but seemed inexperienced at taking drink orders or making coffee. There are other drive-thru coffee places nearby that I would prefer to go to.

I will never come to the Tacoma/Parkland location again. There were 4 cars in front of me and I waited in line for over 30 minutes. It was absolutely ridiculous. I don't understand why there isn't anyone outside taking orders before people reach the window. They should also consider converting the walk-up side to another drive-through. Something needs to be fixed here.

First time at gravity, the wait time was super long compared to what Starbuck usually is and the white mocha wasn't anything special.Can't say I was impressed. But maybe there was staffing issues since I only saw two employees. Giving them the benefit of the doubt since that's all I saw.
