It's a drive through burger spot that's been here over 20 years and still has some of the best burgers in Pierce county. I drove from puyallup to get these so they're worth it. Bought a mushroom Swiss, a regular 1/4 lb, and a halibut sandwich. You truly can't go wrong with any of it. The halibut sandwich is always hot and crispy so I'm sure they make them to order, which I believe they do with everything. The fries are classic shoe string and the fry sauce goes perfect with them. I think they changed the tartar sauce recipe, it tasted different from all the other times. I bought 2 combos, a fish sandwich and a large fry for $34 so a very decent price in this climate. Just try it and don't let the line deter you as it goes pretty quickly. Never had bad service and I've been going here since I was a child.

I ordered the Natural soft taco twice in the last 3 weeks. Both times it had the wrong ingredients. The second time the taco was 99% soaking wet lettuce that saturated 6 napkins and was messy and tasteless.Won't go there again.

Burger and shake were amazing. I only have 4 stars because my fries were soggy.

New review: I hate to do this because I love the burgers and have been coming here for years. I ate here the other day and ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the monthly shake flavor orange creamsicle. The burger was fantastic as always. The shake was basically the orange flavoring with a little bit of shake mix. It was inedible and I threw it away. I tried to reach out via their contact us form, but two days with no response leads me to write this review. It's the fact that I can't trust a shake and that no one has reached out to make good on my shake purchase that drove me to this point. I hope someone sees this and can give the employees the training they need to make the shakes right from here on out.Old review: Great quality burgers at a fair price. Love it!

First time at Frugals. Staying in theme w/the name, for the same price as a Big Mac they offer much better burgers. Satisfied customer.
