Cooper's - Tacoma

My boyfriend and I discovered Cooper's on Google by chance, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. The interior was very clean, the food was made with fresh ingredients (not overly greasy like some competitors with similar menus), and the service was excellent—definitely a 10/10. I wish I could remember our server's name; she was incredibly sweet and truly the best! The vegan options were a bit limited, but everything we tried was fantastic!
