What Francisco Sengia dislikes about Davidson:
I found this hotel a satisfactory place to stay while in Tabuk City. Room rates are reasonable, hotel staff are friendly. Some room facilities are not well maintained, water pressure is a bit low that is why people usually take time to shower. They have a restaurant that serves good food. Parking is sufficient. The experience was just okay. Given the high price of the hotel, I anticipated a much better stay. The shower didn’t fit properly on the wall, and the sink plug was stuck. Although there were kettle cups, there were no coffee sachets provided. These may seem like minor issues, but I expected better for the cost. Additionally, using Gcash Maya for payment was quite frustrating—it felt overly complicated. The staff didn’t seem to grasp that it should be a seamless process. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but I had hoped for more. Service: 3
1. The room is clean and pleasant. The restrooms are also well-maintained. 2. Basic toiletries are provided. 3. There's a pool, though we didn’t have a chance to use it. 4. A function hall is available for seminars and training sessions. 5. The food is delicious. 6. However, the staff were not very attentive to those managing the event. When we requested a battery for the microphone, they mentioned it would take until the afternoon to arrive. I’m unsure about the pricing since we didn’t make a reservation during our visit. Overall, the place is lovely. Rooms: 5
The food is excellent, and the drinks are good as well. The rooms receive a rating of 4, as does the service, and the location also earns a score of 4. A highlight of the hotel is its peaceful ambiance.
Our room was clean and well-equipped with amenities, making it one of the best options in the Tabuk area. We booked a room for four at a price of 3,200, while the executive room costs 4,000 and includes a complimentary breakfast. Compared to other hotels in the area, their facilities, including the lobby and rooms, are at or near national and international standards. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. We had to wait over 30 minutes just for some longganisa and eggs. Overall, I would rate the service a 3 out of 5.
