super pastries and great coffee ,very reasonablely priced,loverly staff,has free wifi too.also do soup at lunch time and a plate of the day i will return to this place. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pastelaria A Tulipa:
Service on the phone was OK, to order a cake. Service face to face was nothing special. Cake ordered was fine, although much of it still 1990’s style. They did not know what is a Naked Cake. However, there were several layers, which were nice and the cake could be dark (order was Dark and they used Nutella instead). Too sweet, not moisture can update with pastry course with nowadays trends. View all feedback.
Aparentemente pelas criticas, tem pouco de restaurante.

Pedi uma tosta mista, mas veio em pao de forma das torradas. Muito grosso e pouco fiambre e queijo
