Our waitress was named Jessica. She was authentic, enthusiastic, and friendly. She was attentive to serving us and attentive to details. This diner (and bathrooms) is very clean, warm, and inviting. The food was served quickly and was fantastic! Lots of food for the price! We ordered a Hamburger and a Haddock Sandwich. Sadly, through the years, I wanted to stop and try that diner many times. Today was the day. As I was driving by and plenty of time in front of me. I decided to bring my wife for an afternoon dinner. As I went in, I noticed that they closed at 2 pm, it was 2:05. So I asked if they were still open....NO was the answer. Just remember something... there is no replacement customer. View all feedback.
We stopped in for lunch and found they serve breakfast all day which I enjoy. I ordered corn beef hash with eggs and toast and my wife ordered a burger. Both came at the same time and looked delicious. There was jelly at the table but the waitress asked if I wanted peanut butter or marmalade for my toast. I ask for marmalade which was brought quickly. My wife's burger did have lettuce or tomato. We asked the waitress for these plus onion which was brought quickly on a plate. The food was delicious and the hamburger was large with plenty of really good French fries which we both enjoyed. We will be back.
Wonderful family restaurant with a good menu and reasonable prices.
I suggest couches. When I finish eating your great breakfast, I need a nap. Awsome restaurant!
Love coming here since I grew up in the area and went to high school in Plattsburgh. Been coming here for years and a few times a month I come early on weekends to chat with local friends and enjoy a good breakfast! Family atmosphere and cozy with great food!
This fine family restaurant in Rouses Point is a gem. Great atmosphere wirh generous portions of food. I went with the special clam strips, french fries, coleslaw, roll and a pickle. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend supporting family run diners.
