I believe there is significant room for improvement in the service; I would prefer to drive to a different Moes for better service than deal with what I experienced today. Here are my concerns: 1. The loud music made it difficult to hear each other, 2. Our orders were messy and incomplete—no kids’ toy or cookie included with the kids’ meal, 3. The staff was chatting over our food for almost two minutes straight, which made me almost want to throw it out.
