They are closed, but they send a confirmation email about the order, they cannot be reached by phone. We were there at 8:30 am looking for a breakfast restaurant. When we arrived, it said downstairs from 10am, but then we could take part in the breakfast buffet for hotel guests on the 1st floor, for 1800 forints per person.
