Nice and intimate place in the heart of Ortigia. The owners are friendly, helpful and competent. I had already tried the product from a competitor years ago but I must say that the pizza I ate yesterday was unmatched. Crispy dough, tasty and well-balanced seasoning. Wednesday 3 April 2024, we arrive at 9.54pm. The place closed at 10pm. Given the day of the week, the period and the time, when we arrived they were already closing the doors. I would have gone to hell alone. They served us without batting an eyelid. Only this consideration, this maximum respect for the customer as well as the dedication to one 's work project would be enough for the customer to leave a favorable review. But clearly, beyond all this there is their product: the pizza cone. Saying good would be as subjective as it is reductive. It was the first time, but if I had known, I would have taken two just for myself (yes, I 'm not afraid of the greedy group . Well, perhaps this gives more measure of how good it was. We had a classic margherita, and both the sauce and mozzarella were really good (which is not at all a given . Sauce with a balanced flavor and the mozzarella is MOZZARELLA, the right one. To be clear, the flavors are not artificial. Before eating it I had some hesitations about the pasta, which immediately disappeared after the first bite. Prices much higher than normal. In practice they have the prices of the province but in Ortigia, so I give a better idea. The cone system then has a series of advantages compared to pizza: you can eat it while walking or elsewhere, you don 't need crockery, you only need one hand (put the beer in the other , it stays hot for a long time and the fact that the ingredients are clustered in the center makes everything more enjoyable. We will definitely be back but anticipating the time a little :

Small, nice place, simple service. I've never seen Cono pizza before! Special experience, genuine ingredients. If you're in the area, it's worth a try. Excellent value for money.
