Taco Bell - Syracuse

I ordered delivery and, as you can see in the pictures, my order was incorrect. They put the sour cream between the taco and the wrapper instead of on the taco. The Uber Eats driver arrived while licking her fingers after eating Taco Bell. Neither the driver nor the restaurant checked to ensure the order was correct before she left the store. This meal was meant for my daughter, who just got out of the ICU. Absolutely terrible experience.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the city. The employees are rude and spend far too much time lounging in the dining area, chatting instead of staying focused on their work—especially when orders are piling up. I waited for 20 minutes before I finally left without my food. It's unbelievable what they get away with. I think they should all be let go. And just so you know, this incident happened less than five minutes ago. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow.

The girl at the drive-thru window was the nicest person I've spoken to in a long time! Nothing particularly special happened; it was just her kindness and the fact that she wasn't rude or dismissive that made a difference. It was truly refreshing. I didn’t catch her name, but I wish more people would interact with others in such a pleasant manner.

The Mexican food here is quite good, with an American twist. The service is excellent. However, I've noticed that the prices have increased significantly recently!

This Taco Bell is great! I totally forgot it was here because it's usually so quiet and empty. You can easily get in and out quickly. I highly recommend this location if you want to avoid waiting in long lines!
