I ordered a big pizza, half an eggplant half mushroom and pepper. It was delicious, the crust was beautiful and soft. The eggplant was great, and the mushrooms were also good. The paprika wasn't the best, but not bad. The ordering experience and the collection were good. It is definitely worth trying a pizza. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about San Remo Pizza:
On February 3, 2022, I ordered a steak sub with provolone and banana peppers, along with a side of fries and a 2L Coke. The total cost for delivery to my house was around $24. I was shocked to see a $4 delivery fee for orders over $20 - that seemed excessive! I discovered that for orders under $20, the delivery fee is $6. I used to love your pizza, but the one I just had was a disappointment. It was undercooked, lacked flavor, and the sauce was strange. I only gave it 2 stars because your Bleu cheese and boneless wings are still the best, but unfortunately, I can't enjoy the pizza anymore.
I ordered a small pizza along with five char-grilled wings, which came with celery and a creamy garlic blue cheese dip, and a sausage roll with marinara sauce. Everything was delicious! The char-grilled wings were the best I've had in a long time, and I can't wait to return. We placed a walk-in order, and it took hardly 20 minutes to get our food. The prices were just right too! I couldn't be happier.
I previously gave this place one star for an issue that I had, but the owner reached out to me by phone the next day after it happened and personally apologized and explained to me every step of what went wrong. I was pleased to hear back from him and they gave me a refund and a credit to try ordering from them again. I did so and was impressed by the pizza. I'm editing the review on account of the employees going out of their way to apologize and make a problem right; and the food was good too! I would recommend this place for your local pizza needs over a lot of the other shops around here.
Have always loved San Remo Pizza. Been eating here all my life but this was my first experience here in almost 2 years. With that being said only thing I wish that hadn't changed was the thickness of the crust of pizza. It used to be a little thicker but I still give it a 4.5 and the customer service is excellent. Best Pizza in Syracuse! Service/Delivery was Great, Arrived within 10 minutes of Delivery Estimate, MUCH Better than most deliveries. The San Remo Style wings were incredible, perfectly cooked, Coated, and presentation was even great. I willABSOLUTELY NEVER Order pizza from anywhere else!
