What Epileptic Chipmunk doesn't like about Runza:
Walked in to an employee telling another to apologize in person to a customer when they get back to the store. Upon ordering, they stated they didn't have lettuce for a BLT and didn't have southwest ranch for the salad. Had to wait 10 minutes to get the salad, BT wrap (BLT without lettuce), and a runza. It has a very interesting take on the hot pocket. It's delicious. The dough is perfect, and the meat cheese inside are good. Service was good fast food service. The staff seemed friendly. All in all, not a bad franchise idea.

First time coming here on our way out of Nebraska, and I would definitely recommend it to any of my friends and family.Quick service and great on the go type of food and it's also the type of food we don't have down here in the south.
First order ever and asked for their most popular item. It was absolutely terrible. Even the bread was super soggy. So disappointed.
I have been here four times and each time my order came out wrong. I guess next time if there is I will go
