Our waiter Zach went above and beyond! He learned that it was my son's graduation, and even though most restaurants were fully booked, PF Chang in Syracuse gave us a delightful surprise. Zach surprised my son with a special bottle candle that lit up a sparkly chocolate cake with ice cream. He was incredibly attentive—truly the best waiter any restaurant could hope for. the service was slow. they were from objects on the menu, and they were from serviettes. we had to ask for our funeral when the food was taken and then wait to get it. So our food was before us without having to eat it. View all feedback.
Great place! love all apps! the bbq ribs are definitiw my favorite along with the hot hand!
The food has gone out at the same time. eating was cold and waiter not care
We have enjoyed several of their amazing appetizers (which are quite large, by the way!) during our relocation. The service was excellent!

The lighting at the tables felt more like an interrogation than a dining experience. The steamed vegetable entrée was essentially raw and lacked any sauce. The Mongolian beef was quite tough as well.
