Service is a were low. They give me couple times wrong item and never fix it in a good quality Salad was also in a very bad quality. With rotten leaves. I ordered 10 pack of chips And I'm not counted because we eat but when I came home It is only 8 of them.
Food was great, delivery was punctual, management must be taught how to navigate the site to better help customers instead of I've never done so I don't know
Fast and accurate for pick-up orders. cafe is always clean and personal is generally pleasant to interact. the management seems to be on the dingen!
I was having a really stressful day, so I decided to order delivery from Panera, confident that the food would be as delicious as always. Unfortunately, my order was only partially fulfilled. I spent $84 but only received half of what I ordered, and there were no utensils included! We had to drink our soup and eat our salads with our fingers! Come on, Panera Bread!
Just when you think it’s unnecessary to double-check a takeout order, life has a way of reminding you that your instincts may not always be right. As the restaurant was winding down for the day, I waited in the takeout area for my food. I saw one employee scooping soup into a large container and then tasting it directly, while another talked about her easy dinner plans at home while packing leftover food that looked like it was meant for her. Meanwhile, the third employee was hurriedly preparing my order. Although I couldn’t see everything she was doing, I assumed she was assembling my order correctly. After spending a hard-earned $20 for a meal to enjoy during a long bus ride, I was extremely disappointed to discover that I only received half of the sandwich I ordered, just a tiny portion of Caesar dressing, and a few croutons that tasted like they were a week old. Moving forward, I plan to return to my old habit of budgeting an extra five minutes to check my order. It’s unfortunate that such caution is necessary.
