It’s a combination of the egg/tomato and pork noodle dishes. The name continues to confuse everyone I bring since the bowl is like 1/3 filled with some kind of broth, but I love the dish. The waiter is nice and answers any questions I’ve had. I’ll continue coming here in the future and look forward to trying a bunch of new dishes.
