It was so unsanitary that I ended up reporting it to the Health Department twice. I am honestly surprised that no one has been seriously harmed by contaminated food. Additionally, the owner of the restaurant has a reputation for shortchanging his employees. I've heard that he would withhold commissions on banquet bookings if he didn't think the event was worth his time, leaving the bookers unpaid. A person who operates a restaurant in this manner should be ashamed and ought to apologize to both their staff and customers. If you're staying at the hotel, I recommend saving your money and opting for food from a restaurant down the street instead.
