I had a great experience at the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and although the service was a little unconventional, it contributed to the overall charm of the place. Chef Fabio is very hands-on and is committed to delivering excellent results. I would definitely come back!
I used to work at the hotel where this restaurant is located, and my experience in the kitchen was quite unpleasant. It was so unsanitary that I ended up reporting it to the Health Department twice. I am honestly surprised that no one has been seriously harmed by contaminated food. Additionally, the owner of the restaurant has a reputation for shortchanging his employees. I've heard that he would withhold commissions on banquet bookings if he didn't think the event was worth his time, leaving the bookers unpaid. A person who operates a restaurant in this manner should be ashamed and ought to apologize to both their staff and customers. If you're staying at the hotel, I recommend saving your money and opting for food from a restaurant down the street instead.
