It is nice to be able to eat in a place that is not only clean, but has the great food and service for a price that you will return. My compliments to all employees in this restaurant!!! 5 stars above the board!

So how do you know how much tip they des... read more HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Never had such disgusting food. They charge you upfront before they even give you a seat. So how do you know how much tip they deserve? They don’t do anything for you other than take your plate away so don’t tip much. We wanted to leave right away after we paid and went to the food section. There are barely any food choices. Most of the chicken/meat is extremely sweet…The only thing that is acceptable is the fried chicken wings. It’s made with black pepper which is totally different from chinese takeout wings, which I prefer more. Overall, just horrible experience!

From your standard Chinese buffet fare to stuff like chicken on a stick, chicken and broccoli, lo main but also chicken nuggets, Mac and cheese, buttered roasted potatoes, smiley face fries and many others. The one thing it doesn't have though is walnut chicken, but that's a small price to pay for considering how good it already is. Very good food I feel: The service is also great. I never had a bad time here, the wait staff, the front desk people and the managers if I think I ran into them have always been chill and nice. No negative experiences not even once: Overall it's my favorite Chinese buffet, I live outside of Syracuse and whenever my family and I visit the city for shopping, we either go here or Golden Corral. And when we do go to Ling Ling we always have a great time as this place has my dad's favorite selection of food compared to the ones in our town which have less he can eat.Very nice place! Can't wait to come again:

Looks rough on the exterior and needs a total makeover on the inside. Might draw more people in as well if it's not so rundown and dirty looking. I mean clean the windows at least!

The food at the buffet doesn't change to justify the higher cost. On one occasion during our visit, the staff member behind the counter was frequently coughing and blowing his nose while handling cash and credit cards, potentially spreading germs. Additionally, I saw him help himself to a drink from the customer service area, which meant he touched the ice with his bare, unclean hands. There are plenty of Chinese restaurants around; I would recommend avoiding this one!
