I ended... read more I had a very disappointing visit to KFC. I ordered in advance through their app, which showed my order as ready, but when I arrived, it clearly wasn’t. I ended up waiting for an hour. There were about five other customers waiting as well, all stuck for the same amount of time. Every time someone tried to order at the counter, they were told there was no chicken available and would have to wait an additional 45 minutes. Most people left, but a few stayed. Strangely, occasionally someone would approach the counter, place an order, and receive their food within five minutes. The management and organization at KFC are seriously lacking, which makes browsing their menu a frustrating experience.

This left us with warm drinks and no biscuits. While we didn’t have high expectations, an extra side would have been a nice gesture. Additionally, they forgot to include one of the coleslaw sides that should have come with our meals. We won’t be visiting this location again.

I gave it another chance after a previous visit where I found hair in my food and received poor service, but this time was equally disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and appeared more focused on their own schedules than helping me. They rushed me through placing my order with barely any time. Having worked in the food industry for almost ten years and currently working in customer service, I know what good service looks like. I cannot recommend this location.

In the meantime, they were throwing away food right in front of us and didn’t even bother to ask why we were waiting. The staff was extremely rude and seemed completely indifferent to our presence, particularly the guy who was on duty at the time. This was my first experience at KFC, and I have to say it was very disappointing. I hope they work on this issue, as it was completely unacceptable.

They forgot to include 8 biscuits and a side of mac and cheese in my order, and when I asked about the missing mac and cheese, they insisted that I never ordered it. This was especially frustrating since they also missed including mashed potatoes in my incorrect order. When I called to discuss the issue with the manager, he accidentally hung up on me while I was asking if there was another solution, considering I had just finished a 14-hour workday. Definitely a not-so-great way to wrap up my day. I would advise against going here. While I usually love KFC, I'd prefer to eat at Arby's before returning to this location. I had wondered why the service was surprisingly fast for once; it turned out to be because a bunch of my food was missing.
