There was a puddle of water in the middle of the floor and one side of the restaurant was tapped off. The rug that's suppose to be Infront of the counter was rolled up so everyone that came to the counter to order there food kept tripping on it.

Chicken was extra greasy and burned. The Wedges were Cold. The biscuit was OK but cold as well. Overall service was terrible only 3 workers 4 people in line and we all waited 30 mins each for the food to come out this bad. I think you should definitely skip this location. In the community this KFC has a Bad Reputation and from my personal visit i can see why. The place is clean, but the staff are not welcoming and the food is the worst I've seen coming out of a KFC. I really think the Regional Manager needs to tighten up on this location. Its not the Staffs fault they are overwhelmed Underpaid and understaffed. The location will never be able to afford good help because they dont ensure the customer service. KFC Is A Family Fast Food Restaurant. The Number One Focus Should Be customer experience and food quality and they absolutely dont have a care for either or.

I req... read more I ordered a combo box and a kids' meal, but the staff handled the food without wearing gloves and told me it was fine because they had washed their hands. I requested to speak with a manager, and an employee gave me my correct order. However, when I got home and handed the kids' meal to my child, I discovered that the fries were missing. This location is extremely disorganized and unprofessional, and I will be contacting corporate about this issue.

The restaurant is consistently understaffed, resulting in cold food by the time it arrives or incorrect orders.
