The food didn't taste fresh eit... read more I received the wrong soda; they sent me root beer instead of Pepsi. I ordered two servings of fries, but both were almost empty! The food didn't taste fresh either. Plus, they forgot my mashed potatoes!

I'm not sure exactly what is going on at this establishment, but the last 3 orders have gone terribly wrong. We ordered the 3 piece meals, which are supposed to... read more I'm not sure exactly what is going on at this establishment, but the last 3 orders have gone terribly wrong. We ordered the 3 piece meals, which are supposed to include 2 chicken breasts and one wing. We received 2 thighs instead of breasts on more than one order, also drinks have been missing, biscuits have been underdone, sides have been incorrect, and it's just plainly obvious that nobody cares about food quality and consistency at this location. We are never ordering from this location again, that is how awful and disappointing our experiences have been. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else to eat.

Rece... read more If I could give this ZERO stars I would. 8pm, no pot pies, no baked beans, no Pepsi, the list goes on. Finally just ordered 2 famous bowl meals with fries. Receipt for 8:04pm, given drinks at drive thru window and told to pull forward and food will be right out. 3 cars come and go behind me with their orders and by 8:17 still no food. 8:20 I went inside to see what was going on, I tell the man I'm still waiting on my food and he says oh ok. I can see them making orders with mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, and chicken nuggets.. so CLEARLY I'm not waiting for fresh food. Finally I see them make my food after another 5 minutes with food that's already been in containers, hands me the bag of bowls and tells me it'll be another 2 minutes for fries. 5 minutes later.... NEVER AGAIN. I should've just gotten my money back and if I wasn't for my kids being hungry and tired after an already long and stressful day I would have. No apology/explanation or anything.

I was told they don't do refunds and I would have to come inside He then stated that they weigh the Mac n cheese(as a way to rip you off)I stated everywhere else fills the bowl. He became hostile and said he was the assistant manager and I need to come inside. I declined(knowingly I was going to get nowhere with a small simple unintelligent mind) I told him I was all set and will never come back. This place sucks and has the mentality of take it or leave it.....UTILIZING A NO REFUND POLICY TO RIP PEOPLE OF BECAUSE YOU SERVE HORRIBLE FOOD IS A REALLY BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS NEVER EAT HERE Go to Ms Prissy It's better
