What an amazing discovery this was! It's the best ramen I've had in years. The owners warmly welcomed us and took the time to chat with our little one. You don't come across places like this very often anymore, and I truly wish the owners all the success in the world. View all feedback.
This is the first true hidden gem I’ve found since moving to the area 3yrs ago. It’s literally hidden. There’s no sign on the front of the building. There are 5 or 6 tables in the whole place. No server, just the two amazing chefs making everything fresh to order. I smelled the 4 fresh smashed cloves of garlic simmering away with the pork for my tan tan ramen. There is no spice level. If it says spicy, it’s spicy. And it is *delicious* and so balanced with sweet and umami. I’m a spicy food lover and this place made me feel seen in a way that no other place in UT has. The spicy hot chicken was equally delicious and so fresh you have to give it 10mins to cool off before you can truly take a bite. So sweet and spicy and sticky and crispy. No gristle etc, just juicy white meat. The rice is perfectly cooked. The chefs/owners were so kind and joyful. You can tell how much love and pride they put in their food. They ask your name and remember it. This is legitimately the most delicious food I’ve eaten in a very long time. Tell everyone you know. Or don’t and keep it a secret. We will be back. Many times. ? worth the 20+min drive for true soulful deliciousness.
Service was super fast and friendly. Miso ramen and gyoza was amazing just like in Japan.
This is a great little spot to try something new. We went for dinner yesterday and got the Katsu chicken meal and the chilly chicken. Both were really good, but the katsu chicken meal was *chefs kiss* ???? ? can’t wait to go back and try the ramen and the Korean hot chicken (if I get brave and think I can handle the heat . The owners were so kind and the service was incredible. About $15 a plate. They cook it fresh for you so it takes a few minutes but worth the wait. It looks like they add new things and rotate the menu periodically so there will be something for everyone : Update: I had the leftovers for lunch and they reheat really well! Which is great because there are big portions.
