Multiple diners experienced significant delays in receiving their meals and some even had incorrect dishes served. The staff was described as being slow and inattentive, with some customers feeling neglected. While the quality of the food was generally praised, the lack of menu options and unfriendly interactions with certain servers created a less than ideal dining experience. However, the restaurant's potential was recognized, and it was suggested that improvements could be made over time if addressed properly.
This is the perfect spot to watch the Syracuse football game! The service was excellent and the food was delicious.
Beautiful inside and out. Service was good with a short wait but waitress could have been a bit more attentive as we felt a little rushed. Dinner was good but not outstanding. It's all new so given time, there should be some definite improvement
The menu was significantly changed from our last visit. Very few menu options currently available and the quality was poorer than in previous visits. All waitresses seemed unhappy and the wait for service was very long. Saw one table walk out

We arrived and were told the kitchen was closed after we booked on open table. After some discussion with the staff, the manager honored the reservation with ordering from the appetizer menu. We appreciated that since we hadn’t eaten all day. The restaurant said they will explore this issue with open table since they claim they stop serving at on Thursday night
