Since DoorDash only gives you the option of assorted donut holes, I ordered them in hopes I’d be able to call the store and tell them what I wanted directly bef... read more Since DoorDash only gives you the option of assorted donut holes, I ordered them in hopes I’d be able to call the store and tell them what I wanted directly before they got too far into making my order. But like always they NEVER answer their phone and this is actually the second time this has happened. Like why are you just not answering the phone?

Ordered 2 coffees and a donut then wai... read more Saturday Am-Drive through was very busy so we went inside to order. Waited behind 4 customers which took about 10-15 min. Ordered 2 coffees and a donut then waited 25 min for the order. Meanwhile customers were coming in after us and picking up their orders. I asked one lady who was getting her order if she had ordered ahead online and she said no she ordered at the counter.The 4 people in front of me started complaining how long it was taking and the 2 ladies handling the drive through customers kept saying sorry we are short staffed. There were an additional 3-4 workers behind the counter plus the guy taking orders. Granted it was Saturday morning but really? Finally got my order which was incorrect only 1 coffee not 2 checked the receipt and the order had not been correctly put in so at that point no sense getting it fixed and left.
