**Dining Disappointment: A Cautionary Tale**
A recent visit to a popular Syracuse restaurant left patrons frustrated with slow service and disorganization. Customers experienced lengthy wait times for orders, compounded by untrained staff and a lack of communication. Issues ranged from employees ignoring orders placed through the app to food items frequently unprepared upon arrival. With reports of the team seemingly unbothered and claiming equipment failures, diners are left questioning the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite its favorable location and loyal clientele, this restaurant risks losing business if service and operational inefficiencies are not addressed.

They were from most, if not all wise and it was only midday. only 3 people who work, and the journey thru line was around the building and not moving. badly managed and it was a disappointing experience. will not come back.
The employees need a better training, the processes need to be revised. order on the app so that my order would be ready when I arrived. coffee is always ready, but they often only accept that every coffee for the drive thru is, instead of walking in the label to read, it is literally the first line. So I sometimes have to wait to get someone's attention and then point out that they have my coffee through the DT window instead of the walk in the theke. also frustrating: if I order a donut or muffin, it is never ready because the system apparently does not print out food orders the way it prints coffee labels. almost every time I have to go back to the line with other customers who have not pre-ordered to ask for my donut or muffin. that's not a rocket science, they should be able to find out. pandemic, labor shortage, yada yada yada, for over 2 years, that is no more excuse.
Should definitely be a special menu for the hour before they close. they will not do anything other than regular ice creamy and hot coffee and say that everything is broken. my partner is a nightsister on the ground and they refuse to eat it. Today the frozen machine was broken. I understand short personal, but instead of lying, they should come with one before the close menu.
I waited 8 minutes for someone to take my order, and then it took another 12 minutes for the food to arrive. The service here is incredibly slow—definitely the worst in Syracuse. It was a terrible experience, and as a result, I lost business! There was no kindness shown, especially when it came time to pay.
This place is suppose to close at 9pm went there tonight at 840 and the crew ignored me at the screen an employee was smoking at the back door went to pull up and he threw his cigarette and ran inside. I go there about every morning but I think they lost my business for good after this. This is the 5th time in a month.
